RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:

- Elaborar, administrar y realizar el seguimiento del programa de flota de las diferentes unidades y proyectos, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna de vehículos de acuerdo con los requerimientos operativos.

- Gestionar y controlar el presupuesto asignado a la operación de flota, incluyendo la elaboración de provisiones mensuales, el seguimiento de la ejecución del gasto y la identificación oportuna de desviaciones.

- Garantizar la vigencia, actualización y disponibilidad de la documentación legal, contractual y operativa de la flota requerida para la ejecución de los proyectos adjudicados.

- Gestionar oportunamente los alquileres, habilitaciones, reemplazos y demás requerimientos de la flota, asegurando la continuidad operativa de las unidades.

- Brindar soporte técnico en la gestión de flota, coordinando la atención de contingencias, la adquisición de repuestos y materiales, y las acciones necesarias para garantizar la operatividad de los vehículos.

- Elaborar, monitorear y analizar los indicadores de gestión, utilización y seguridad de la flota, proponiendo e impulsando iniciativas de eficiencia, optimización de recursos y reducción de costos.

- Supervisar el adecuado uso de los vehículos, herramientas y equipos asignados, brindando además soporte y asistencia a la jefatura directa en la gestión y control de la operación.
