Realizar controles, atualizações e acompanhamento de informações em planilhas e sistemas internos.
Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios e controles administrativos.
Organizar documentos, arquivos e registros, garantindo a adequada manutenção das informações.
Apoiar o acompanhamento de solicitações e demandas internas, realizando os devidos direcionamentos.
Realizar conferências de informações e documentos, conforme procedimentos internos.
Apoiar atividades relacionadas a controles de prazos, pendências e processos administrativos.
Auxiliar na organização e consolidação de dados para acompanhamento de indicadores da área.
Executar outras atividades administrativas compatíveis com a função, conforme necessidade do setor.
