ຫນ້າທີ່ຮັບຜິດຊອບລວມມີ :
- ຈັດລຽງຕົວແບບ ຕາມແບບຟອມສະເໜີຂອງລູກຄ້າ, ເກັບກໍາຄວາມແຕກຕ່າງໃສ່ເອກະສານຈັດລຽງຕົວແບບ.
- ນໍາໃຊ້ອຸປະກອນຕຽມຕົວແບບຕ່າງໆ ຕາມລະບຽບການທີ່ວາງອອກ ໃນຂໍ້ກໍາໜົດ ຄຸນນະພາບວຽກງານກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ.
- ຕິດບາໂຄດໃສ່ຕົວແບບ ທີ່ຈັດລຽງແລ້ວ ແລະ ເກັບກໍານໍ້າໜັກຕົວແບບ ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບເຂົ້າລະບົບ GEMS.
- ໂອນຕົວແບບສະແກນແລ້ວໃສ່ຖາດອົບແຫ້ງ.
- ແຍກ ແລະ ຮ່ອນຕົວແບບຕາມການຊີ້ນໍາກ່ອນອົບຕົວແບບໃຫ້ແຫ້ງຕາມອຸນຫະພູມທີ່ກໍາໜົດໄວ້.
- ໃຊ້ເຄື່ອງ ແຍກ ແລະ ບົດ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ໄດ້ຕາມຂໍ້ກໍາໜົດ ທີ່ຕ້ອງການສຳລັບຜະລິດຕະຜົນສຸດທ້າຍ.
- ແຈ້ງທຸກບັນຫາ (ເຊັ່ນຕົວແບບປຽກເກີນໄປ, ເຄື່ອງຈັກເປ້ເພ ແລະ ອື່ນໆ) ໃຫ້ຫົວໜ້າໜ່ວຍງານຊາບ ໂດຍໄວ.
- ບົວລະບັດຮັກສາເຄື່ອງຈັກ ແລະ ອຸປະກອນຕາມການຊີ້ນໍາ.
