Overview:

• Crafting Visual Masterpieces: You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of graphic materials, from product packaging and labels to marketing collateral and digital assets. Your designs will be both aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective.
• Print Production Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Flexographic Printing and Offset Printing to prepare artwork that is optimized for various production methods, ensuring flawless execution and superior quality.
• Brand Guardian: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and impact across all visual communications.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to translate concepts into impactful visual solutions. Your insights will be crucial from initial brief to final print.

Requirements

• Proven Design Prowess: A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work, particularly within a manufacturing or production context.
• Mastery of Design Tools: Exceptional proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Printing Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Flexographic Printing and Offset Printing processes, including pre-press production and color management.
• Creative & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Design principles, Graphic Design best practices, Typography, Branding, and Layout Design.
• Sharp Eye for Detail: Impeccable Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy and high quality in all design outputs.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent Visual Communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
