Pour renforcer notre pôle de développement logiciel, la Direction des systèmes d'information du groupe ALTEN recrute un Business Analyst pour travailler au sein d'une équipe dynamique et innovante.

Missions principales

  • Analyser et recueillir les besoins utilisateurs et métiers

  • Optimiser les processus métiers pour gagner en efficacité

  • Accompagner et suivre les projets de bout en bout

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des méthodologies d’analyse fonctionnelle (BPMN, UML, Design Thinking)
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et de documentation (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
  • Capacité à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées.

Formation / Expérience

  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en informatique ou dans un domaine pertinent

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans le secteur des technologies de l'information

Qualités personnelles

  • Autonomie et rigueur dans le travail
  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe
