Pour renforcer nos équipes en Ille et vilaine, l'agence de Rennes recrute un ingénieur Chef de Projet Industriel pour travailler dans le secteur de la défense (H/F).

Missions principales:

  • Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire (méthodes, supply chain, qualité)
  • Animer les rituels quotidien et la démarche d'amélioration continue
  • Être responsable des objectifs Sécurité, Qualité, Coût et Délais (SQDC)
  • Garantir la fabricabilité, contrôlabilité et maintenabilité du produit en mode série
  • Assurer la constitution du dossier d'industrialisation du produit
  • Être garant de la résolution des problèmes techniques
  • Capitaliser sur les industrialisations réalisées
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences clients
  • Piloter le suivi de performance

Formation / Expérience

  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) avec une spécialisation en génie industriel

  • Minimum une première expérience professionnelle (une alternance dans le domaine de la défense est un plus)

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissances dans le domaine électronique appréciées
