Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking to play a key role in the production of complex, high-reliability electronic products? You will support the optimisation of manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of advanced engineering solutions within a fast-paced production environment.
Location: Telford
On-site Requirement: 3 Days Per Week
Seniority: 5+ Years Experience
Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and improve PCB manufacturing processes across production operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and yield.
- Investigate manufacturing issues and lead root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimise manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support new product introduction activities and process validation exercises.
