  • unterstützt operative Teams vor Ort bei der Projektsteuerung und im Tagesgeschäft
  • entwickelst, implementierst und optimierst kontinuierlich den Projektmanagement-Standard
  • berätst interne Stakeholder zu Projektmanagement-Methoden und Prozessen
  • stellst die Anwendung einheitlicher Methoden, Prozesse und Governance-Strukturen sicher
  • übernimmst das Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
  • analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen um
  • dokumentierst Projektprozesse und sorgst für eine transparente Kommunikation aller relevanten Informationen

DU...

  • hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in klassischen, agilen und hybriden Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • hast Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung sowie der Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentationen
  • bist sicher im Umgang mit PMO-Tools wie MS Project, Jira, Confluence oder SharePoint
  • arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
  • hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungsfähigkeiten
  • verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
