Missions principales

Fiabilisation de la base de données

  • Consolider les champs de la base de données afin d'en garantir la cohérence
  • Développer des formulaires de saisie pour limiter les erreurs humaines

Outils de suivi d'activité

  • Fiabiliser le fichier de relevé d'activité : correction des dysfonctionnements existants et amélioration de l'extraction des données quantitatives
  • Faire évoluer l'outil de contrôle des CRA (comptes rendus d'activité)

Outil de suivi opérationnel

  • Faire évoluer l'outil de planification pour permettre un affichage des plannings Gantt et plans de charge afin de gagner en flexibilité

Pilotage et reporting

  • Concevoir un tableau de bord de suivi de prestation à destination du management
  • Développer un rapport Power BI restituant les indicateurs de santé du périmètre
  • Formaliser et déployer un processus de contrôle qualité des livrables

Formation / Expérience

  • Futur diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs avec une spécialisation PMO ou domaine similaire
  • Profil Stage de fin d'études pour une durée de 6 mois
