Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bestellst Material und Baugruppen bei unseren Lieferanten und verhandelst Preise, Konditionen und Liefertermine.
  • Du planst den Materialbedarf aus Produktions- und Vertriebsplanung und steuerst die Disposition im ERP-System (Warenwirtschaft).
  • Du überwachst Liefertermine, kümmerst dich bei Verzug aktiv um Lösungen und hältst die Lieferantenleistung im Blick.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Konstruktion, Vertrieb und Lager zusammen.
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten, Bestände und Bestellvorgänge sauber und nachvollziehbar.
  • Du wirkst bei der Lieferantenbewertung und bei Verbesserungsprojekten mit.

Dein Profil

  • eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Disposition, idealerweise im Maschinenbau oder in der Metall- bzw. Holzindustrie
  • sicheren Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Excel
  • eine strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Termine und Kosten
