Alteo Ltd is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant (Trainee) to join our team for the months of November and December.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and redirect incoming telephone calls
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with filing, data entry and other office administration tasks as required

Profile:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
