- Lead the design and implementation of AI-based solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI models and algorithms.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance current systems and processes.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in AI best practices and project methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful implementation of AI initiatives.
- Evaluate and optimize existing AI systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Create comprehensive documentation and reports on AI project progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI in new areas of the organization.
