[FIN/Millenium] - Business Analyst

Currently, for one of our teams delivering projects for a client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Junior/Mid Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• have at least 2-3 years of experience in business and system analysis in IT projects,
• have experience working on projects in the banking or financial sector,
• are familiar with Jira and Confluence,
• have a basic understanding of BPMN engines (e.g., Camunda),
• have experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
• have participated in integration projects (APIs),
• can create technical documentation (e.g., HLD, diagrams).

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of SQL,
• experience in developing or analyzing mobile applications,
• experience using AI in daily work with requirements and project knowledge, and contributing to a modern approach to analysis in project environments,
• experience working with systems where AI functionalities are an integral part of the solution - including designing and analyzing use cases based on language models.
