[GLB/SNB] Business & System Analyst (Backbase)

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to support the delivery of projects based on the Backbase platform for international clients from the financial sector. Responsibilities

• you have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst,
• you have at least 2 years of experience in banking projects,
• you have experience in projects related to digital banking, mobile banking, payments, onboarding, lending, or customer servicing,
• you have a strong understanding of banking processes and dependencies within financial systems,
• you are experienced in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications,
• you have knowledge of BPMN and UML notation,
• you are able to analyze REST APIs and OpenAPI documentation,
• you have experience documenting integrations and data mappings,
• you understand concepts related to roles, permissions, limits, consents, and audit trails,
• you have experience working with business stakeholders, UX teams, developers, testers, and architects,
• you are familiar with Jira and Confluence,
• you communicate fluently in English (minimum B2 level).

Additionally, we value:

• at least 12 months of experience working on projects based on the Backbase platform,
• knowledge of Backbase Journeys,
• knowledge of Backbase Identity and entitlements mechanisms,
• experience with standard Backbase platform functionalities,
• experience analyzing Backbase integrations with banking systems,
• experience using AI tools supporting analysis, documentation creation, or improving daily work efficiency.

Requirements

• analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions,
• collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical teams on the development of banking platforms,
• create user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications,
• analyze and document business and system processes,
• model processes using BPMN and UML,
• analyze API documentation and support the design of system integrations,
• describe data flows, mappings, and dependencies between systems,
• cooperate with development teams, testers, UX Designers, and architects,
• support the development of functionalities related to digital banking, payments, onboarding, and customer servicing,
• analyze topics related to roles, permissions, limits, consents, and audit trails,
• participate in testing and validation processes of delivered solutions,
• prepare and maintain project documentation,
• support the development and optimization of banking solutions based on the Backbase platform.
