As a Junior Consultant, you support Dynamics 365 projects through basic configuration, documentation, and testing tasks. You work under close supervision, gaining experience across F&O areas in either project delivery or support roles.

Required Tasks
Assist in system configuration, data loading, or development activities.
Participate in testing, issue logging, and documentation updates.
Learn D365 tools and techniques on the job.
Support delivery teams with administrative or foundational project tasks.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 or recent graduate with relevant academic background.
Understanding of ERP/CRM principles and interest in functional or technical specialization.
Willingness to pursue Microsoft certifications.
Willingness to learn and contribute.
Basic understanding of business systems or software development.
Strong attention to detail and good communication.
Experience in Enterprise Asset Management and in the mining industry would be highly advantageous.
