We're looking for a Technical Support Analyst (Postilion) who gets a genuine kick out of solving problems others can't, digging into technical issues, and being the person everyone calls when things get interesting. 

You'll be working with payment terminals, switching systems, Postilion applications, and critical payment infrastructure that keeps businesses trading and customers transacting.

What You'll Get To Do 

• Investigate and resolve customer issues remotely and onsite 

• Deploy, install, upgrade, and support payment solutions 

• Configure POS devices for new store deployments and support UAT activities 

• Manage version control and system enhancements 

• Deliver user training and share your technical expertise 

• Travel to client sites and see your solutions come to life 

• Analyse trends and recurring issues to improve customer experiences 

• Create procedures, knowledge articles, and technical best practices 

• Be the technical expert customers trust when payments matter most

What you bring 

• Matric 

• Diploma in IT, Finance, or a related field (advantageous) 

• 3-5 years' experience supporting payment terminals, Postilion, switching software, or similar payment solutions 

• Experience with software upgrades, deployments, troubleshooting, and customer support 

• Working knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and payment environments 

• Exposure to Postilion, payment terminals, EMV standards, UAT activities, and payment switching technologies would be advantageous 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
