Brand Manager

Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage the brand’s positioning, communication, and overall performance.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance, market share, and brand KPIs.
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other departments to ensure effective execution of brand plans.
Manage the brand marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Track market trends and consumer behavior to support new product development and brand growth.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance and marketing activities.
Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience in Brand Management.
Must have previous experience in the Snacks / Savory Snacks industry.
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing and brand management principles.
Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
