Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior artists, manage schedules, conduct reviews, handle outsourcing coordination, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Development teams to ensure smooth execution of game assets and features.
  • Optimize art assets for mobile performance while maintaining high visual quality.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and maintain a compelling casino game style.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver high-quality games within timelines.


Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in visual direction, including theme, composition, color theory, typography, and overall game aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D art pipelines and asset production workflows.
