Unreal Developer

We are looking for an Unreal Engine developer with strong C++ expertise to build high-performance interactive applications, gameplay systems, and real-time experiences. This role requires hands-on development across gameplay mechanics, system design, and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement core systems using Unreal Engine and C++.
• Build gameplay features, tools, and interactive modules.
• Work on AI systems, multiplayer logic, or real-time interactions.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver production-ready features.
• Optimise performance across PC/mobile platforms (CPU/GPU profiling).
• Debug and resolve technical issues across gameplay and engine systems.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Unreal Engine + C++ (non-negotiable).
• Experience in gameplay programming (combat systems, AI, movement, etc. )
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git/Perforce).

Good to Have:

• Multiplayer/networking experience (replication, sessions, matchmaking).
• Exposure to Unreal systems like GAS, behaviour trees, and animation systems.
• Experience working on shipped games or real-time applications.
• Blueprint experience (optional, not mandatory).
