Cluster Sales Executive - Aman Tokyo

Role
Cluster Sales Executive will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading all sales activities for the hotel, achieving and maximizing rooms revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of Aman Tokyo, Amanemu, Janu Tokyo and expected to have more in the future.
Responsibilities
Manage group bookings confirmed by Cluster Sales Managers (including Cluster Senior Sales Manager and Cluster Assistant Sales Manager) by closely communicating with clients and relevant departments.
Increase group revenue through effective upselling techniques.
Cluster Sales Executive fully understands the relative importance and priority of its current account base and manages segments and prioritizes its efforts accordingly.
Continually review the actual production of each account against the potential for that account. Continually review and develop the client base.
Maintain accurate management status reporting on business results, and associated action planning.
Maintain a personal up-to-date knowledge on all Aman product and service offerings, including promotions. In addition, to be familiar with the products, services, rates new developments of our key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends.
Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales activities, sales trips as required to meet the sales targets of the hotels.
Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise.
Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Aman products.
Maintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today, including sales-specific software, property PMS, the Microsoft Office toolset.
Ensure that all administration work is processed quickly and efficiently.
Carry out any other work-related projects assigned by the Cluster Director of Sales.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Background in Sales and Rooms operations are an advantage.
Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
