We are looking for a driven and innovative Program Manager with a passion for holistic product lifecycle management and AI-powered operations. In this role, you will lead on-the-ground operational strategy across diverse product categories - from product launch through growth and continuous improvement - leveraging the latest AI technologies. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Marketing, and Quality, operating in a dynamic environment that demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute end-to-end operational strategies for product launches and growth initiatives; oversee project execution and resource allocation across categories.
- Problem Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to quickly identify and break down complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions under tight timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build effective communication frameworks that keep global stakeholders, partner teams, and leadership aligned, informed, and engaged.
- Scaled Solutions: Proactively identify opportunities to drive scalable operational improvements by exploring and adopting GenAI and automation solutions.
Basic qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
