Requirements:

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience delivering products in at least one of Android applications, iOS applications, or React Native.
  • 1 to 3 years of management experience, with technical leadership skills for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Possesses knowledge of mobile design patterns (MVP, MVVM, etc. ), CI/CD pipelines, application security, upcoming technologies in the latest Android/iOS versions, and other mobile engineering paradigms.
  • Ability to establish credibility with smart engineers quickly and provide longer-term vision and motivation.
  • Experience with recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and retaining the best technical talent in the industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of mobile engineering best practices and principles as well as an understanding of scientific methods of problem-solving.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing in a variety of application frameworks, including production experience in at least one of Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, React Native, or Flutter.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a track record of individual technical accomplishments.
