Graphic Designer

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality creative and visual communications that support Side's global brand, marketing and commercial objectives.

This role will work across brand, presentations, digital, events, motion and corporate communications. You will collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to translate creative briefs, business ideas and complex ideas into compelling and effective visual communications.

You will play a key role in supporting the continued development of Side's client-facing and corporate presentation materials. There will be the opportunity to partner across disciplines and business functions to transform content into engaging visual stories.

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, Communications and teams across Side's global studios and service lines.
• Collaborate with other creative resources, agencies, web developers, event suppliers and production partners where required.
• Develop high-quality creative and visual assets across Side's marketing and comms.
• Apply and evolve Side's visual identity consistently across digital, print and physical assets.
• Support campaigns, service launches, thought leadership and other marketing initiatives from concept through to final delivery.
• Create high-quality client, sales and executive presentations, moving beyond template formatting to deliver strong visual storytelling.
• Provide design support for corporate, commercial and financial reporting, including data visualization and recurring reporting templates.
• Evolve reusable PowerPoint templates, presentation systems and visual assets that enable teams to create consistently high-quality materials.
• Design creative for websites and digital campaigns using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create motion graphics, animated content and short-form video for campaigns, social media, presentations and events.
• Work effectively with web developers and external partners to translate creative concepts into digital experiences.
• Develop creative concepts and production-ready artwork for exhibitions and client events.
• Design booth graphics, signage, graphics, digital screens and supporting event collateral.
• Explore and integrate generative AI and emerging creative technologies into professional design workflows, aligning with company policy and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines within established Marketing workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design fundamentals with excellent presentation

and information design skills and capabilities across digital design, motion/video, large-format

design and emerging creative technologies.

• Approximately 3-5 years' professional graphic design experience within an in-house team, agency or similar creative environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across a range of formats.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, with the ability to transform business content into compelling client-facing visual communications.
• Strong Figma and digital design capability, with an understanding of responsive and web design principles.
• Experience creating motion graphics and editing video using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Experience designing large-format, exhibition or environmental graphics and preparing artwork for production.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, information design and data visualization.
• Familiarity with generative AI and emerging creative technologies and an interest in applying these to professional creative workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience within games, technology, B2B marketing or corporate/financial reporting would be advantageous.
• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, conceptual thinking and visual storytelling across digital and print formats.
