Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for a IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center (FC). FCs throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ship them across the globe each day. The successful IT Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance to the operations team by maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and maintaining general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas. Responsibilities include allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center. IT Equipment Coordinators are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty. The IT Equipment Coordinator is a member of the larger IT team within the FC and will specifically support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed. This position reports directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment center.
**Candidate must be able to work early morning, nights and weekends**
Basic qualifications
- Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, or asset management
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred qualifications
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
- Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts, and negotiating timelines

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
