SDE 3 (Fullstack)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Python or Java.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js .
• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend architectures.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system observability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers when required.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python or Java.
• Good experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, authentication, and integrations.
• Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database design.
• Experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and software design principles.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
