React Native Developer

We are looking for an experienced React Native Developer with 5-6 years of overall mobile application development experience and strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance, AI-powered cross-platform applications.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in Mobile Application Development, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in React Native, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript concepts, including: Scope and Closures, ES6+ Features, Object Prototypes, Asynchronous Programming, React Hooks, Functional Components, and Performance Optimisation Techniques.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Redux-Saga.
• Experience working with native mobile technologies: iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Java / Kotlin).
• Strong understanding of native Android and iOS code integration within React Native applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable mobile application architectures.
• Proven experience in code reviews, mentoring developers, and enforcing coding best practices.
• Hands-on experience in writing unit test cases using Jest and maintaining high test coverage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ESLint, SonarQube, and code quality tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

AI-Powered Applications:

• Experience designing and building AI-powered application features and intelligent workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e. g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) into production applications.
• Familiarity with agentic systems, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tooling.
• Understanding of techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• Ability to apply AI/ML capabilities responsibly with attention to performance, cost, security, and data privacy.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features (chat assistants, smart suggestions, on-device/edge AI) into mobile applications.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Must have experience leading and managing development teams.
• Ability to guide team members, conduct code reviews, and drive technical discussions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, UI/UX, and Backend teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to mobile security best practices and app performance monitoring tools.
