Key job responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Lead the design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies
- Develop and execute integration strategies across cross-functional teams and operational workstreams
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization
- Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact Program Development & Execution
- Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for complex, multi-phase programs
- Drive program expansion and optimization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop comprehensive onboarding processes, playbooks, and growth strategies for new initiatives
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer and stakeholder experience through improved operational capabilities Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure alignment between program objectives, operational capabilities, and business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across the program lifecycle and value chain
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in program or project management
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking
Preferred qualifications
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
