We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure and Security Lead/Manager to manage and scale IT infrastructure, network security, data security, IAM, and IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
- Own Microsoft 365 Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint infrastructure.
- Implement DLP, encryption, endpoint security, and data protection.
- Manage IAM, JML, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and access governance.
- Drive vulnerability management, security reviews, and incident readiness.
- Develop IT/security SOPs, policies, and governance processes.
- Lead IT operations, automation initiatives, and the IT team.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
- Strong hands-on experience in network security, data security, and IAM.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPN, DLP, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
- Exposure to ISO 27001 SOC 2 and GDPR.
- Experience managing IT for a growing organization and leading teams.
