岗位职责

1、参与复杂芯片DFT特性和架构定义;

2、实现包括扫描、边界扫描、MBIST在内的DFT功能，参与模拟宏测试的规划架构;

3、生成DFT相关的时序约束，并完成时序关闭;

4、为生产测试开发和验证高覆盖率和成本效益的测试模式;

5、与测试工程师合作，诊断故障并给出解决方案。

任职要求

1、5年以上学士学位或3年以上硕士学位。DFT设计和验证，测试模式开发经验;

2、具备必要的关键知识、技能和能力;

3、熟悉DFT技术和工具;

4、良好的数字SoC/ASIC设计知识，包括STA，验证和RTL编码;

5、熟练使用Verilog、SystemVerilog、VHDL等硬件描述语言;

6、熟悉脚本语言，如Tcl, Python, Perl;

7、对工作时间和工作质量有很强的责任感，良好的团队合作精神。
