Financial Analyst, Treasury (FSS)

Ambu Global Hub is expanding our Financial Shared Service Team and we’re looking for a new candidate to join us on our journey as a Financial Analyst, Treasury.

As a Financial Analyst, Treasury you will be:-

• Documenting, checking, and timely processing all payments accurately and in compliance with organization policies.
• Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information.
• Responsible for timely recording and reporting of accurate financial transactions of organization in compliance with company policies.
• Reconciling bank statements.
• Managing, preparing, and presenting accurate and timely cash position reports.
• Responsible for Treasury month end closing.
• Assist in process improvement procedures as required by the management team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agents and other relevant professionals and authorities.
• Develop and enhance treasury-related financial processes.
• Able to handle any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
• Back up for members.

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are, however, likely to succeed in this position if you:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
• Having shared service experiences or experiences in using ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Being able to adapt to changing environment and work process.
• A team player with ability to work towards tight deadlines, independently, self-driven and with a can-do attitude.
• Computer literate - good in Microsoft Office tools.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Travelling might be required.
