Skills and experience can be gained in many different ways, and we recognize that the right candidate cannot be defined by a checklist alone. However, you are likely to succeed in this position if you:

  • Hold a degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline and have technical experience that enables you to support decision-making and challenge technical solutions when needed.
  • Have solid project management experience within the medical device industry, preferably involving New Product Development, industrialization or manufacturing.

  • Have experience working with global project teams and international suppliers.
  • Are curious, open-minded and able to build strong relationships across functions and cultures.
  • Are structured, committed and take a strong sense of ownership for both your projects and your team.
