THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible forGlobal Marketing Operation process simplification, automationand cross team metric reportingleveraging AI tools
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possessattention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability toadapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestionson automation and simplification
- Identifyand implement improvements to business processes
- Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required
- Refresh, debugand update scheduled operational metric report through PowerBiand Macro
- Advanced knowledge and usage of AI tools to drive efficiency and automation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools ,PowerBI, PowerQuery, Macro
- SAP S4 experience preferred
- High attention to details, meticulous with sharp analytical skills
- Assertive, creativeand self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player under a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexible, highly adaptable & responsive to changes
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountingor data analytical.
- MBA or CPA preferred
