What will your job look like?

• An understanding of Customer networks and infrastructure with reference to E2E architecture
• An understanding of industry standards and best practices
• Taking ownership and responsibility for solution design (as agreed with customers)
• Engage with the customer (and the involved departments and stakeholders within their organization) in respect to integration and performance of MATRIXX designed and implemented solution
• Support and communication with all relevant people engaged directly or in-directly with the accounts from the business, networks, operations, IT functions and their suppliers; across various roles including management, business owners, programmers and project managers, architects, architects, architects, functional and technical SMEs, software developers, testers and others
• Represent the MATRIXX organization on behalf of the Customer with respect to any third-party engagement
• Create, maintain and track designs (at high and detailed design level) with issue resolution
• Advise Project Manager / Technical Account Manager on all project technical issues
• Provide guidance and support to project allocated technical consultants
• Supporting the customer (and the involved departments and stakeholders within their organization) in respect to integration and performance of MATRIXX designed and implemented solution.
• Support and communicate with all relevant people engaged directly or indirectly with the accounts from the business, networks, operations, IT functions and their suppliers; across various roles including management, business owners, program and project managers, architects, functional and technical SMEs, software developers, testers and others.
• Tracking design and solution issues; identifying resolution paths and taking ownership for fixing, test and implementation.

All you need is...

• Relevant industry experience.

  • Proven experience of domain/applications/BSS/OSS/Charging hands-on experience
  • A background in the provision of post go-live project warranty support.
  • A solid understanding of telecom networks and infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • A strong background in cloud native deployment.
  • A solid background in implementation of agreed solution designs
  • Cloud infrastructure AWS.

  • Integration.
  • Protocols.

  • Gateways (API, App, etc).
