Brokerage Operations Specialist

The Brokerage Operations Specialist ensures continuous monitoring of smooth operation of the brokerage systems, assists clients while using investment platforms, and helps them to swiftly resolve any technical issues. The position implies effectively handling of customer calls and messages, prompt identification of technical issues and escalating them to the relevant departments in a timely manner, thereby ensuring positive customer experience and service continuity.The position is based on a rotating shift schedule, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM, every other day․

• Monitor the operation of brokerage and investment systems, and notify the relevant teams in case of technical issues
• Provide primary technical support to customers, assisting them in resolving the questions and issues arising while using the platforms
• Answer customer calls, emails, and other messages, ensuring prompt and professional response
• Assist customers while using brokerage and investment services by providing the necessary information and guidance
• Execute customer orders and ensure implementation thereof in accordance with the established procedures

• University degree in information technologies, finance, economics, banking, or another relevant field 
• Work experience in customer service or technical support will be a plus
• Advanced communication skills and customer-oriented service skills
• Ability to navigate quickly in stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer software and information systems
• Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
