Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our Atlanta team at American Sound. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments, while maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials and products
• Ensure accuracy of shipment contents by cross-referencing packing lists with physical items received
• Organize and store received items in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the warehouse management system as necessary
• Perform quality checks on received goods to identify and report any discrepancies or damages
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of outgoing shipments and ensure they are accurately labeled and documented
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

• Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years’ experience in warehouse setting or a related role
• Experience driving a box truck
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as a sit-down forklift and pallet jack
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Good physical condition, capable of lifting and moving heavy items as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Compensation and Details:

• Pay- $28-30/hr with potential bonus at year end
• Shift Time and Days- 8am-4:30pm, M-F with rare off hours
