  • Review emerging technologies and provide technically sound recommendations to Government technology stakeholders regarding modernization, performance, availability, and maintainability.
  • Recommend improvements to systems, documentation, SOPs, tools, and technical processes; obtain Government approval before implementation and maintain approved procedures in the designated repository.
  • Support authorized service requests and change requests, including technical review, peer review of configuration changes, implementation planning, testing, maintenance-window coordination, and CMDB updates.
  • Coordinate with the Government Program Manager, Technical Point of Contact or Task Manager, Government staff, incident and problem managers, operations leads, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear technical briefings, performance analyses, recommendations, status reports, after-action information, and other deliverables required by the NOC NMSS PWS.
