Senior Associate - Total Rewards Digital Solutions & Compensation

GCF Level: Level 4 (Individual Contributor)

Job Summary

This role sits at the intersection of Total Rewards, digital enablement, and analytics, supporting a more modern and scalable compensation function.

It combines execution of core compensation processes (e.g., benchmarking, annual cycles) with ownership of digital tools, data, and automation that enable them, leveraging HR technology, analytics, and generative AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.

The role balances compensation delivery with a strong focus on digital, analytics, and automation, with increasing emphasis on technology-enabled ways of working.

This is a digital-first Total Rewards role, not a traditional operations role, focused on enabling smarter, faster, and more scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compensation & Benchmarking Execution

  • Support delivery of benchmarking, market analysis, and annual compensation cycles
  • Analyze and structure data to support compensation insights and decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across compensation processes
  • Partner with Compensation stakeholders to execute processes in a scalable and data-driven manner

2. Digital Tools, Automation & HR Technology

  • Own ongoing maintenance and updates of TR tools (data refresh, backend updates, logic inputs)
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new tools and enhancements
  • Work with TR technology leads to operationalize digital solutions
  • Contribute to building scalable, automated, and reusable solutions

3. AI & Analytics Enablement

  • Apply generative AI and automation to improve efficiency in day-to-day workflows
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve process speed and accuracy
  • Support development of data-driven insights and dashboards
  • Use analytics to strengthen decision-making and process effectiveness

4. Adoption, Training & Change Enablement

  • Drive adoption of digital tools and modern TR processes
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement materials
  • Translate complex tools and outputs into simple, practical guidance
  • Act as a bridge between product/tech and end-users

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and scale TR processes
  • Support initiatives related to automation, standardization, and global consistency
  • Contribute to shaping future-ready Total Rewards infrastructure

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work across Compensation, HR, and technology teams to align process, data, and systems
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Support global and regional initiatives linked to Total Rewards transformation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics (required)
  • Strong analytical and data handling experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with HR systems, compensation platforms, or data tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking and market data interpretation
  • Experience working with Total Rewards vendors (Mercer, WTW, Aon, Radford or similar)
  • Experience with HR technology, digital tools, or internal platforms
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI tools and automation in day-to-day work
  • Experience supporting tool testing, maintenance, or digital product enablement
  • Exposure to global Total Rewards programs or transformation initiatives
