Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Renewal Offers with different requirements from each investment group based on a revenue management strategy.

• Use negotiating tools such as flex rate options and maintenance upgrades to retainresidents, while also ensuring business goals are met for the investor.

• Using sales techniques, managethe expiring population until lease signing has been completed by utilizingoutbound calls, emails, etc. to ensure resident retention.

• Help manage the inbound calls and emails from residents.

• Overcome a resident’s obstacles and objectivesto renewingwhen a Notice to Vacate is submitted.

• Manage applications and background screenings for residents acquiredduring property acquisitions that are not on an MSR lease.

• Assistin projects assigned to the department to support our branches as needed.

Job Requirements

MinimumRequirements:

• High School Graduate.

• Strong English written and verbal skills.

• Previousexperience insimilar positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce knowledge preferred.

• Yardi Experience preferred.

• Attention to detail and work under pressure.

• Detailed oriented and analytic skills.
