The Sr. Image Producer at AMIRI is responsible for leading the end-to-end production of the brand's global image and video content, including seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce photography, editorial content, and special projects.

Reporting to the Global SVP, Brand & Communications, this role oversees production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, working closely with internal creative and marketing teams and a global network of external production partners.

    • Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage the global image production calendar, overseeing project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple concurrent productions.
    • Creative Production & Execution: Partner closely with Art Direction, Brand Marketing, and Creative teams to translate creative briefs and concepts into actionable production plans, ensuring the highest standards of execution.
    • Shoot Production & Management: Oversee all aspects of pre-production, on-set production, and post-production, including casting coordination, location scouting, crew sourcing, logistics, equipment, scheduling, and asset delivery.
    • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and reconcile production budgets, negotiating with external vendors and partners to maximize production value while maintaining financial discipline.
    • External Creative Partners: Source, commission, and manage relationships with photographers, directors, stylists, production companies, casting directors, and other external creative collaborators.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Design, E-Commerce, Retail, and Communications teams to align production schedules, creative requirements, and final deliverables with global business priorities.
    • Post-Production & Asset Delivery: Oversee retouching, editing, color grading, and final asset delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to project deadlines.
    • Production Quality & Brand Standards: Ensure all productions meet AMIRI's creative, technical, and brand standards, identifying and resolving production challenges without compromising the creative vision.
    • Resource Management: Coordinate internal production resources and external freelance teams, ensuring efficient staffing and workflow management across projects.
    • Production Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, introduce new technologies, optimize resources, and enhance the efficiency and quality of image-making processes.
    • Project Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear production documentation, budgets, timelines, and status updates, proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in image, content, or creative production, preferably within luxury fashion, editorial, or premium lifestyle brands.
    • Proven experience independently managing complex, high-profile photo and video productions from initial briefing through final delivery.
    • Strong understanding of luxury fashion photography, film production, styling, casting, art direction, and post-production workflows.
    • Established network of photographers, stylists, directors, production companies, and other creative professionals across key fashion markets.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated experience developing and managing substantial production budgets, negotiating vendor agreements, and optimizing production costs.
    • Strong creative sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and image-making standards.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior creatives, internal departments, and external partners.
    • Ability to manage freelance crews and external production teams while maintaining clear accountability and efficient workflows.
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities, ambitious creative objectives, and demanding production timelines.
    • Proficiency in production management tools, project management platforms, and relevant creative software.
    • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
