The employee is responsible for the evolution of the AMMcare Connect physical product ecosystem, including mechanical components, connecten hardware, and device software, driving standardization, industrialization, and seamless integrationwith the AMMcare Connect platform and architecture.
The scope and dimensions of this position is/are:
Ownership of the AMMcare Connect hardware ecosystem, including sensors, connected devices, installation concepts, and related technology partners.
Development, validation and industrialization of sensor, mounting and monitoring solutions.
Expansion into new applications and product lines.
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, service, IT, and external partners.
Support commercial success through reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
Requirements of the positions are:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
Experience with IoT hardware ecosystems, gateways, wireless connectivity, condition monitoring technologies, industrial sensor applications and automation.
Experience working with external technology partners, suppliers, and development vendors in a product engineering environment
Ability to bridge mechanical product design with software, cloud, data, and digital platform requirements
Hands-on experience supporting installations, commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and field validation activities in industrial environments.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel for customer pilots and validations.
Good in English (speaking and writing);
Strong cultural awareness and building relationships
