Sales Specilist

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con clientes del sector industrial, identificando oportunidades de negocio, asesorando técnicamente y promoviendo soluciones que generen valor, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos clientes en el mercado industrial.
Puede establecer objetivos de venta para distribuidores si aplica.
Facilita entrenamiento técnico y funcional a usuarios finales y/o distribuidores
Mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes existentes para asegurar la fidelización.
Participa en eventos y convenciones estratégicas y las utiliza para fortalecer relacionamiento con clientes así cómo para la búsqueda de nuevos clientes.
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar propuestas de valor.
Brindar asesoría técnica sobre productos y soluciones.
Coordinación y seguimiento del ciclo completo de ventas con áreas de soporte (CS, etc): cotizaciones, pedidos y seguimiento postventa.
Planifica y Organiza su agenda de ventas alineada con la estrategia
Asesoramiento del desempeño post venta y búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades.
Reportar avances y resultados en sistemas CRM y herramientas internas.

Requisitos del puesto

Educación: Educación media concluida. (técnicos)
Experiencia: Ventas externas en el giro industrial al menos de 1 año.
Manejo básico de herramientas tecnológicas (Excel, CRM, ERP).
Competencias: Learning Agility, Customer Centricity, Build Relation Through Collaboration, Business Acumen, Technical Acumen, Data & Technology Driven.
Disponibilidad para viajar 50% del tiempo.
