Responsibilities:

Feed API: pagination, payload shape, caching.
Video delivery: ingest, transcode handoff, time to first frame.
Flutter feed, both platforms: virtualisation, preloading, controller disposal, smooth scroll on bad networks.
The rest of the Django backend, plus admin tooling the content team uses daily.
Something breaks on a live app; you find out why.
Vertical video is the product, so playback and load time are not polish.

Requirements:

2 years of work experience.
Python, Django, or close enough.
Something you built in Flutter that runs.
Shipped something people used.
GitHub with history spread over time.
Have measured why something was slow instead of guessing.
