Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Maple Grove, MN area. What You'll Do
- Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota PELSB SLP License
- Must have Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
- 3 references/letters of recommendation required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
