Looking for a meaningful Speech Language Pathologist role in the school setting? Ampersand Therapy, a teacher and therapist run company, is hiring a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Dearborn, MI area.

Position Overview
- Role: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Dearborn, MI
- Type: In-person ONLY
- Full-time or Part Time
- Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric SLP evaluations and deliver school-based therapy services
- Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
- Complete documentation aligned with school timelines
- Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
