School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Orchard, WA | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $75/hour

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time and part-time school-based positions in Port Orchard, Washington. These are in-person opportunities beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027.
Position Details:
In-person, school-based openings
Caseloads include Elementary or High School
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 17, 2027
Compensation up to $75 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Complete required documentation and progress reporting
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ communication goals
Deliver services in accordance with district, state, and professional guidelines
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Washington State SLP license
Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate
Current OSPI fingerprint clearance
Ability to provide copies of applicable licenses and certifications during the submission process
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply-we provide mentorship and assistance with supervision
