Amplitude is looking for Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our EMEA team, focusing on the DACH market.

This is a high performing team who consistently over-achieve the quota and who operate with collaboration and humility; they have been instrumental in helping us win some of our most notable marquee logos. Our SDR's also have the opportunity to go further than pure outbound as they are expected to own enough discovery and qualification to ensure true opportunity value can be recognised in the region you support. 

As an SDR you will:

• Partner with DACH Account Executives to create and drive a territory plan that will be essential to your success
• Partner with the marketing team to improve our campaigns and messaging to be able to understand what’s working and focus on where we win.
• Be the first point of contact for new and existing prospects and customers respectively. With a mix of strong process and creativity, you will help drive new business revenue through both inbound and outbound opportunity generation.
• Engage effectively through various traditional channels such as email and phone while at the same time using the latest prospecting methods like social, video prospecting and direct mail to generate meaningful conversations with product experts and senior business executives
• Become a product expert, ensuring you can articulate the Amplitude product roadmap, value proposition and market positioning. 
• Travel to local regions when necessary, as well as for relevant marketing or networking events. 

We are looking for:

• Entry level experience in sales or customer facing role, ideally outbound calling or closing
• Goal oriented with prior examples of working towards targets
• Growth mindset and curiosity to learn new things
• Positive attitude and resilience in the fact of challenges
• Strong collaboration skills and natural team player
• Fluency in German & English
