We are not looking for entry-level workers. We need skilled Beef Deboners and Cutters who take pride in precision knife work, efficiency, and maintaining high yield standards.

What we offer

  • Salary: 236.09 - 254.09 nok/h gross (based on experience & skills) + Performance Bonus

  • Subsidized a ccommodation for NOK 5,000 / month(Deposit: NOK 3,500).

  • Location: Rogaland, Norway

  • Relocation support: Initial travel assistance can be arranged (cost deducted gradually from salary)

  • 12% holiday pay

Job tasks

  • Full Deboning: Skilled deboning of both beef forequarters and hindquarters.

  • Primal Cutting: Breaking down carcasses into high-value primal and secondary cuts.

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and animal welfare rules

What we are looking for

  • Professional experience in industrial beef deboning and cutting

  • Physically strong and used to manual work

  • Reliable and able to work in a team

  • Basic English is required

  • EU or EEA passport, or a valid right to work in Europe
