Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Field Network Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure network equipment, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Access Points, at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network-related technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Perform regular system health checks, firmware and operating system upgrades, and infrastructure performance optimization.
• Provide advanced technical support and basic user training to customers and end users.
• Create, maintain, and update detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, site survey reports, and implementation records.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi architectures.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be considered an asset.
• Active certifications such as FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional), NSE 4, or newer equivalents will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience with Network Monitoring Tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) / Ticketing Systems.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
