Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests mainly of a strategic nature and conducting tenders for the supply of services and goods in IT projects, to new and existing suppliers (e.g., Transformation Program plan projects, Cloud Provider & Services projects, systemic implementation of HR and IT Outsourcing projects).
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers, indicatively regarding costs and specifications for new as well as existing (business as usual) projects and requests.
• Identify operational improvements and manage the related actions.
• Cooperate directly with the requesting Units to understand and process their requests, as well as with other Support Units regarding the completeness of the requests (budget, etc.).
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the company's code of ethics in all supplier interactions.
• Prepare and submit requests for approval to the Group Procurement Committee and their presentation.

Requirements

• Hold a Degree of Higher Educational Institution in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field of study.
• 5 years professional experience within an established organization in Procurement or in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve favorable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
