Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Applications Support Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with help desk calls, scheduling updates and applications setup, and Jira tickets.
• Provide first-level technical support for applications to customers who have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the company, acting as a central point of contact and coordination.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical manuals and support operation guidelines for supported applications and software systems.
• Develop and implement specialized management and support applications for supported technical solutions, in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Document the operational environment, establish reliable monitoring and recovery mechanisms, regularly update documentation and support procedures in response to new issues.
• Manage external applications that fulfill the operational needs of the organization (such as SAP, Jira, CRM), optimizing process automation and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Applications Officer or in similar roles will be preferred.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
